We are passionate about local food systems, for this reason we only serve customers within 100 Km from the farm. Delivery is a flat rate see product description.
Should you have a preference for delivery day/time, please advise us when placing your purchase. If no preference is made, delivery will be anytime during the day specified on your purchase confirmation email.
Pick up from our farm
If you would prefer to collect your purchase in person, we ask that you make a request when placing your order through our online shop. We will then be in contact with you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you and us.
Unattended Deliveries
We understand that you will not always be home to accept your delivery. When you place your order, please inform us where on your property we can leave your purchase. We ask that this is a secure location outside your house, away from pets or other animals and protected from the elements.
Please note:
- Tom’s Paddock cannot be responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft of your purchase when delivered and placed in the nominated secure location.
- We do recommend that someone is home to accept your order, which can then be received and properly stored.
We cannot guarantee the quality/ condition of items that are left unattended.
